My work has been done on microsoft word. I don't have the computer knowledge to tell you why is didn't work on word pad other than perhaps they are not compatible. I have no control over the site other than to sell my items. But I do agree if you can't get the product to run on your computer then you should be able to get a refund. Sorry about the trouble.

It downloaded all mixed up on word pad. I can't fix it. I need it by tomorrow. I will ask for my money back. DAwn
