I realize this was only a dollar, but its very disappointing. Not very creative at all. No objectives, no real explanations, anyone would have created this. It isn't even formatted in an inviting, interesting way. Write a plan to hire, make an application and write interview questions.

There is no specificly right or wrong answers...I ask that my students justify their responses. If they give a reasonable explaination for their choice backed up with evidence then I give them full credit. You could easily modify the requirements to something along the lines of: Which of the following traits best describes Sherlock Holmes: knowledgable, inquirer, reflective, or open minded? Justify your response with evidence from the book.

If you are not familiar with International Baccalaureate, then it is absolutely not a silly question. In the IB program students are encouraged to represent several traits. They include being balanced, caring, principled, risk-takers, communicators, open-minded, inquirers, thinkers, knowledgeable and reflective. These traits are known as the Learner Profile. An example of this in the Hound of the Baskervilles might be saying that Holmes is a model inquirer or knowledgeable. Does this help? I’d be happy to get you more information on this, if you need it.

I am totally happy with it. In your product description, it says, "the Preview is a shorter version of this product. You can download it for FREE to help with your purchasing the decision." The Free download is exactly the same as the bought version. Therefore, I thought that there were more pages. Again, I am totally satisfied and just wanted to let you know.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been teaching 7th and 8th grade reading for six years, a job I fell into accidentally, but loved so much I stayed. When I graduated college I intended to teach high school history. I love teaching reading because I can teach whatever I want as long as it is in print.
