I am new to teaching Chem, and am required to have a project for my students each term. This was perfect! They actually enjoyed it, and were able to understand and follow the directions without much assistance from me. I smiled and laughed out loud at some of the things they wrote about their element. I am teaching abroad, and would appreciate documents that hold their formatting when sized to A4 paper.

This is a great idea. The only problem I have had with it is when it is printed, it is too close to the edge and some of it does not print. I would suggest leaving at least a 1/2 inch margin for this reason, maybe not put so much on a page?

Once you are in the viewing of the powerpoint slide and click...the cars will move. Let me know if that doesn't work. You may have to click to start the animation.

This PowerPoint is horrible. On several slides there is black text against a black background, making the slides unreadable. On several slides the background conflicts with the text in one way or another, and again, the slides are unreadable. There is also a lack of creativity because the PowerPoint mostly consists of a fill-in-the-blank format. This author cannot create PowerPoint slides! I wish I could get a refund!!

Jweberkl...I am sorry if you had troubles with the powerpoint. If you will email me at aholley12@aol.com I will be happy to email you a copy of it. I checked it myself and it downloaded and worked fine. Nine others have downloaded this without any problems and I had others download to check to see if there were any issues. Please check the version of Powerpoint you are using. That can be an issue sometimes and this powerpoint is created in Microsoft Powerpoint 97-2003. Please let me know if that helps. I do know how to create powerpoints and have done so for years. I will be happy to email you a copy to see if that works better for you. Thank you!
