It should be a pdf that you can save. This is the first time I have heard of this problem. Please go to your downloads page and try again to download it. The only safeguard I have is the clipart can not be copied/pasted into another document. If this doesn't work, please let TPT know, and they can help you further.

The only password on it is to keep the clipart from being copied. I just downloaded it myself, and was able to save to my desktop. Try downloading it again, and if you have the same problem, I will let TPT know. This is the first I have heard of this! So sorry!

I uploaded a new copy of the pdf. It is a secure pdf, but you are able to print them. I also sent a message to all people that have purchased the item. Check the message. I left my email in the message, and you can email me if you still have trouble. I can then email it to you. The site has had problems the past week or so, and I hope this fixes the glitch. It is only password protected if you try and copy one of the pictures. It has to be set up this way so no one can steal the graphics. You are allowed to save it anywhere and print it. If you click on the lock on the left side, it will tell you. I have no idea why it won't go on your flash drive. If you accidently clicked on an image and tried to save that to your jump drive, it would not allow that without a password.

I only have the password connected to the artwork used. You are only unable to change any of the items in the pdf. You should be able to save the whole document. It also allows for printing. I bought the graphics and have to password protect it so that others do not steal the graphics. I will check it online, but I did check the one I have on my computer, and it is not password protected on saving. You can not change, alter, or modify anything I have made. I don't know why you are unable to save the pdf to your desktop. Again, I will check the one I uploaded. Thank you!
