I used this on every desk last and and sent one home in their folders (laminate them!). Scholars used them regularly when working. They could also choose to read their words to themselves if they finished early. This was one of the best purchases I made last year!!

I purchased the word wall last year. I have seen others, but like how your words are easy to locate. This year our first grade team is using a Spelling list that we found on TPT. It includes sight words that we would like to have within a word wall that the students can keep at their desk to refer to during the test. Is there any way I could have you make something special for me for a fee? We would like to have all the sight words within our program on your word wall format. Thanks so much! TEACHING EXPERIENCE
After 4 years in first grade, I am now teaching 4th grade and loving it! This is my second year teaching 4th grade and my first year not planning Science. I'm now planning Reading and incorporating Depth and Complexity into my lessons across the curriculum.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I believe you have to experience it to learn it. I love to get the students involved! To me, that means taking it the extra step...making a human graph, putting on a readers' theatre, going outside and measuring out the circumference of the nation's largest tree with string, and so on. If it's an experience students can connect meaning to, then they are more likely to take it with them. I love when kids come to me in the hall and ask me, "Do you remember when we did.....?"

BSIS My area of concentration is mathematics! But science and reading also have my heart! Besides, how can you have science without the math?
ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
I am a single mother of 3 as well as being a teacher. As far as my work, I spend hours to get it just right. If it's not right, I'm not satisfied. And I keep on going! My goal on TPT is to earn enough money so I don't have to spend time away from my kids with a second job. I love creating files and hope others find my work useful!
