TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have nine years experience in 2nd, 3rd, 5th, and 2/3 multiage. I also have facilitated professional development workshops on The Daily 5, Words Their Way, and The 6+1 Traits of Writing.

MY TEACHING STYLE

My teaching style follows that of a multiage room because, essentially, that is exactly what it is. I love hands on activities and integrated units that combine many different concepts. I am a firm believer that learning can be fun, purposeful, and engaging given adequate and thorough planning. Let's meet the child where they are now and make goals from there!
