This is a great tool that lets you fill in 30 terms and then instantly generates 32 different bingo cards. An example would be to put terms like...

I do have Excel, but unfortunately no clue how to use it. I'm afraid I've resisted technology so far, but now it's required in my teaching credential program and I need to create a useable game for a French class to record on DVD next Monday. I have French vocabulary relating to Post Office activities (buying stamps, mailing packages, weighing items, sending telegrams) and my beginning question which the students will ask their classmates will be a French translation of "I would like to . . .". Could you give me a brief 'idiot's guide' as to how to proceed?

Thanks - of course you can say "No!"

This is actually pretty user friendly. If you double-click the file it should open in Excel. Even if you don't know how to use it you should be able to fill in the blanks and click PRINT. I really hope it works out for you. I know you don't really have time to learn the program, but I do a lot of online tutorials for Excel on YouTube. Do a search for "excel tutorial" on YouTube and you will find a lot. (My username is FreeTutorials on there.)

Unfortunately I purchased this but do not have spread-sheet capabilities. Do you have any games I could use in a French class but which would not need Excel. And what can I do with the Excel program I cannot use? Thanks!

Hi Sandy. I'm sorry that you aren't able to use the template. If you don't have an Office application like Microsoft Office you can download a free one (like OpenOffice). If you have a colleague with Excel you might pass it along -- and maybe they will let you make some Bingo cards. :) Good luck!

Hi,
When I try to print the Bingo cards, 4 do not fit on the page. In quadrants 1,2,3, they lose the outer and bottom columns and rows. Any suggestions? Any way to resize?

Thank,
Jill

Hi Jill. You might try going in to:
FILE > PAGE SETUP > MARGINS
Reduce the margin size a little bit and do a: FILE > PRINT PREVIEW. If that doesn't work, let me know and I will work on a fix for you. Thanks for the question! It gives me something to fix for the updated version. :)

Hello,
I have downloaded the Study Bingo and input my terms. Nothing else happens...no created Bingo sheets. I talked to a tech specialist who was not able to figure out the problem. She said it looks like the tow programs are not talking to each other. Please advise.

Hi Maria. There aren't two programs -- just Microsoft Excel. You put the terms in and go to FILE > PRINT. It will print 4 bingo cards to a page (8 pages of cards) and one page with the key/questions.
