I found I could do this activity with 3rd grade also if we reviewed the sang through the Christmas carols before we started. Students loved it! After students got all their signatures, I helped them with the second and third activity. Reading the notes to figure out the pieces was difficult. Creative activity!!

Yes, it is a great puzzle BUT not for North American students since several of the musical terms are not used in this part of the world (semibreve, minim, crotchet). When I purchased the puzzle I saw no indication that it was not suitable for Canada.
I would suggest a version for North American music educators be made available or a warning be placed on the description of this product.

Thank you for your feedback. I am really not sure why there would be a problem printing the font as the file is a PDF. This resource has sold many hundreds of times and this is the first I have heard of a font issue.
After doing a little investigating.... it is most likely a problem with your Adobe. It could need updating or re-installing. There are a number of sites that will be able to help you through the process - depending on which Adobe you have.
I hope this helps. Let me know how you go.

Aussie Music Teacher you are such a gem. Sorry to have posted my questions about TpT on your sellers page but when you appeared on my Facebook, I assumed TpT was your site. Now I get it. There must've been a prob with my dashboard that someone in tech support fixed, because for days because for days there was no orange box for uploading. To upload a product you need to go to your dashboard page then on the left hand side of the page you should see an orange colored box with ADD A NEW PRODUCT. Click on that and it will lead you through the process. Good luck.

Hello and welcome to TpT! for anything to do with your profile you need to go to your dashboard. On the right hand side of the dashboard page is a box that says PROFILE and underneath where your logo/pic will go you will see Edit Profile. Click on Edit Profile and that will take you to the page where you can upload a profile image and enter your information.

Thank you for your response. I wish I could just send you a copy of the page I made using your idea. I don't see any SMART Board lessons in your store; maybe I didn't look far enough, I don't know. The lesson I made is interactive - the kids can come to the SMART Board and move the words/phrases into the box with the correct notation. So, I kept the general idea - changed terms and format and only used four rhythms. Even before your response, I had included your copyright info. Do you make SMART Board lessons? If so, is there a TpT e-mail address that I could use to send you my page?

HI Dawn - The SMART Board lesson you created sounds fun! You are correct - I do not have any SMART board lessons in my TpT store as yet. I am hoping to change that in the new year. My school doesn't have SMART boards so I haven't really looked into it to much,however, they seem to be very common and popular in classrooms!

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been teaching music privately and in high schools and colleges for over twenty-six years. My main areas of teaching in the class room are general music, keyboard, guitar and vocals/choir. Currently I am teaching composition and music history to senior tertiary students, the Music Industry course, two Rock and Pop units and a Vocal unit. I am also responsible for the annual College musical ( producer, musical director and vocal coach) and I run an exta curricular SATB a cappella choir. Life is VERY busy and full of music and I love it!
