Does this include all the items you sell separately?

Do you have a breakdown of how this is tied to the CCLS?

I am having some technical difficulties with my PC at this time. I might not be able to get this done until after the holidays. I hope to get a new laptop for Christmas. Is there a particular one with which I can help you in the meantime? If so, please let me know. Thanks for purchasing this product. I have answer keys for most of my products. I apologize for not making one for this one. Happy holidays to you!

No, I'm sorry that it doesn't. When I assigned this to my students, I gave them one week to complete this. They were encouraged to use available resources to help. That included their Social Studies textbooks which usually have these pictured in the back of the book, the internet, WORD, ETC. SDictionary.com would be a great resource! Some even printed pictures from the computer to cut and paste. I also purchased a Geography Terms chart which I displayed in the front of the room. I try to encourage students to utilize available resources to complete this activity. Please see my list of 100 Resources. It is one of my TPT products.

I think you should add something more. I am a little disappointed I paid $3 for a list I could have gotten free online. Even if it is formatted differently for adding definitions.

What is your question? What would you have added to this? I'm curious. The difference between my list and perhaps one that you could have gotten free is that this has been kid-tested and utilized by a teacher with 38 years of teaching experience. I am willing to improve upon this product. Please tell me what you were looking for because a lot of thought and time did go into creating this product. I'm sorry that you were disappointed.

The document was on one page when I submitted it. Maybe you can make the font smaller somehow. I'm not sure. I always wrote on these myself to give it a more personal touch. You might try to copy and paste it to WORD so that you can type on it. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught for 36 years at the 3rd, 5th, and 6th grade levels. Fifth grade is my first love. I teach all major subject areas. In addition to my regular classroom duties, I have taught in a Basic Skills summer school program for many years as well as taught workshops to co-workers in whole language and technology. My other duties at school include being "Teacher in Charge" and Student Council advisor.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I try very hard to make learning fun for my students each and every day of the school year. It is my goal to use a variety of techniques to reach every learning style of my students. Motivation is the name of the game for I feel that the more children like school, the more they will learn. I try to be resourceful in utilizing a wide variety of techniques to reach every student. Creating games and using manipulatives are both priorities in my classroom.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

I was the first teacher chosen at my school for the Governor's Teacher Recognition Award. I am a published poet. I received an A+ for Teachers award and grant. I was selected as a Woman of the Year in my county. I get selected by a former student every year to attend a "Teacher Appreciation Tea". I am also a multiple nominee of "Who's Who Among American Teachers". I am currently in the process of getting a book of poetry published. During the 2009-1010 school year, I was selected as "Teacher of the Year" for my school district. I am especially honored because it is the first year in which our district has participated in this award.

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I received a B.A. in elementary education as well as an M.A. in the same. I have always tried to take courses to keep me abreast of the latest educational trends. I also have 30 additional credits beyond my Masters degree in various subject areas.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

I am the mother of two wonderful adults as well as the grandmother of five equally wonderful grandchildren which include not one, but two sets of twins. I hail from the state of Maryland originally where most of my family still resides. I currently live with my husband in the state of New Jersey where I am an avid poetry writer, shopper, and political fanatic.
