I purchased the "Doing Good Done Well" packet and I am not able to down load it. I have a Mac computer and every time I try to download it, it gives me an error message. Would it be possible to have my money back if there is no way to retrieve what I purchased?

Hi Diana, This has been a problem that TPT has been having with my materials. I think it began when they changed the format. Since you sent me your email, I will go ahead and email a non-tainted file to you. Sorry for the inconvenience. I need to figure out their tech support to figure out why the files are not transferring.

Sorry, I only just saw this. Don't know what the problem is. Having it with several of my products. I am assuming it has to do with the fact that my lessons were created pre-windows 7. I am re-submitting them in a new format to see if it will work. Hope this is helpful!
