I actually used the checklist as the rubric, and gave them a score 1-5 for each component in their presentation :) The food was then an extra 10 points! Glad you're enjoying it!!

Yes, you make a square out of paper, and fold all the corners in to the center. Then you cut a slit in one of the sides up to the center point. You glue that flap underneath the other one. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pq9vzA5kCf8 -- I made my foldables out of cardstock so they held better! Hope this helps :)
