I have been in the world of education for 12 years now...how time flies! I subbed for 2 years, and since then, have taught grades 1-3, including four 1st/2nd grade split classes. I love the primary grades!
I would describe my style as "differentiated" as I believe that all children learn in their own way. I use a lot of individualized and small group instruction in my classroom.
