Beth Decker has been teaching high school for 19 years. From 1999-2003 she served as a teacher on special assignment in a new position as district ltieracy coordinator, where she created and implemented a successful district wide professional development program. The cornerstone of the project was her original, revolutionary video series, Get Real!Learning, she wrote and produced with students teaching key reading/learning strategies. That video series has now morphed over the past twelve years into her life planning project called Get totally Real!
