TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught elementary music, middle school and high school band. I have experience in parochial as well as public schools. Spending time with my family and playing my flute in MIdwest Winds are the highlights of my time away from the classroom. Past Experience: All state adjudicator in AR as well as solo/ensemble adjudicator for state contest.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I follow the Choice Theory style of classroom management. This works extremely well with these music methods: Conversational Solfege and the Orff and Kodaly methods of teaching music.
