This "quiz" seems sparce. I was very surprised at all the blank spaces between activities. There is little substance and most students would be finished in just a few minutes. It doesn't offer much of a challenge.

awesome, i am really happy it worked well! i was going to print them this year and put magnetic paper on the back, so the students could use them with cookie sheets. I haven't done it yet, but i read the idea somewhere and it sounded kind of fun. i'm so happy to hear that the kids enjoyed it, thank you for sharing :o)

I love the idea, but the circuit was not complete. It is separated into four groups of eight. I didn't check it out before-hand, and so we kept stopping after eight people. Had to redo it a bit to make it work for all 30 students. Maybe have two versions available -- one for small groups, one for full class.
There are also some words left out -- just typos.
I love this kind of activity, though, so please post more if you have them. I have classes compete against each other to do the circuit in the shortest amount of time. Builds teamwork, sharpens pronunciation skills, and makes shy kids learn to speak up!

You can use the activity for the whole period. First ask the students to get in groups and answer the questions and then they come to the front and you ask them to summarize 6 or 7. It was a good activity for my Spanish 3 class.

I usually print them, cut them out and hand them to the students. They are very random, so all the cards need to be used. I usually have the kids have 2 or 3 cards each. I have even given a set to a group of 5 to 6 students and had them separate the cards and keep the round going. If there is time left over, they can try a challenge of subtracting x amount of minutes from each time written or add x amount of minutes and see if they can figure out how to follow that pattern. I used it as a sentence writing guide with the verb "ser." So, there is a conjugation of the verb "ser" in English, with a picture that would help generate thoughts of adjectives. In the preview, the first is "I am..." and a graphic design. The students could write on their papers whatever adjective comes to mind after they translate the "I am..." to Spanish. For example, "Yo soy artistica, talentosa y creativa. I like to encourage them to try to think of at least 2 adjectives per picture.

It is actually like a dictionary, the words are in Spanish and English for each topic. They can be taken out if you want the kids to find the definitions themselves.
