ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Hello all! Here's a little about me: I've taught first grade for 10 years and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE it! In 2002, I graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a B.A. in Early Childhood Education. In March 2009 I graduated from Louisiana Tech with my Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a certification as a reading specialist. I live in Bossier City with my VERY playful and funny dog, Lola. Some things I enjoy outside of teaching include spending time with family and friends, going to the movies, reading a great book, traveling, and shopping. However, my FAVORITE thing is spending the school day with sweet children who make me smile!
