This is my 8th year at Tyner Elementary and I can truly say that I have enjoyed every minute of each day. Although some experiences may not have always been pleasant, they were always a learning experience and an opportunity to grow. No matter your age, you are never too old to learn! I have high expectations of each of my students and I love the feeling I receive when I see the smiles on their little faces each day. God has blessed me in so many ways and I pray that He will do the same for you!

My name is Bridgette McCowan and I teach 1st Grade at Tyner Elementary. I am married to a wonderful, christian man, Jaymes. My favorite sport is basketball and I bleed blue, GO BIG BLUE!!! I love to read, shop, and spend time with my family. On December 27, 2011, I was introduced to my first niece, Lily Kate. She is so precious and has me wrapped around her little finger :)
