Hi! I responded to your question about the calendar pages in my teacher binder you purchased but weren't sure you would see it, so I also wanted to post it here just in case! I'm pasting what I wrote below:
If you are talking about printing them, the first calendar page needs to be printed on the front of a page with nothing on the back. Then, the rest of the pages should be printed front and back. So, the page that says August should be on a page by itself, and you would actually want to hole punch it on the RIGHT side of the page. Then, the second August page and the first September page should be printed front/back. Looking at the August side, hole punch it on the LEFT side of the page. Do the remaining pages the same way.
