cmillar re: Drawing Conclusions Detective Powerpoint

However, in your description you mentioned that there was a review packet included as well and I cannot seem to find one in the zip folder. Is it included?
March 17, 2013
Brooke Beverly  (TpT Seller)
Hi- I just downloaded the drawing conclusions zip file. It contains a microsoft word file- this is the review packet with examples for the students to practice. The powerpoint is also in 2010 and 2003-2007 versions. Try redownloading the file, and e-mail me at BeverlyTeacher@aol.com if I can help you further.

genkigal329 re: Fraction Hollywood Squares Powerpoint
Hello, I am having difficulty with this game. There are no directions, but I assume I am suppose to use the "smart ink" to keep track of which team wins each box and to keep track of the score. As soon as I use the pen, the X or O disappears behind the object and when you go back to the home screen it is not visible. Please help. I would like to use this as part of a unit review.
March 10, 2013
Brooke Beverly  (TpT Seller)
Hello- This is a powerpoint game, so you just need to use Microsoft Powerpoint for the game to run. If you click on the image of the character, the question will come up. If click again, the answer will appear. If you return to the home page (arrow on the answer page), you can click on the black box, and use your keyboard to type in an X or O. What you type in with the keyboard on the screen will stay as you continue to answer each answer. E-mail me at Beverlyteacher@aol.com if this explanation is confusing or this doesn't work for you. I want to make sure you can use this product :)

Blooming Learners   (TpT Seller) re: Piggy Plural Noun Activity
Hi! Is this a game, whole class activity, or small group activity? I would love to see the directions of how to play before purchasing. Thanks so much!
November 12, 2012
Brooke Beverly  (TpT Seller)
This could be used as a whole class activity as a scoot game where students travel from one plural piggies' card to the next recording the plural noun. It could also be a small group center center if you printed a few copies of the activity, and then you hole punched the cards and put them on a key rings for kids to complete independently or with a partner. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Beverlyteacher@aol.com

Hmmm... Let's see if we can figure this out. I would recommend the following 2 things. First, try to redownload the file. Sometimes this works if you x out of the file and start fresh. Second, e-mail me at BeverlyTeacher@aol.com. I will e-mail you the file directly. I apologize for any inconvenience, and I want you to get the file as quickly as possible.

Hello,
I love a lot of your task card they're awesome. I work in a Montessori classroom. So the cards work well for my environment. I recently purchased the Golf Ending Punctuation cards...I wanted to know if you could make 3 Labels (Period, Question Mark and Exclamation Mark) with your golf theme. This will work for my classroom since a lot of my students work on the floor on rugs. I would do it however, I don't have the aswesome clipart and matching font. Thank you in advance!! SelinaAngelo re: Everyday Math, Grade 3, Unit 1 Review Worksheet #5
Do you have all the units available for purchase together?
February 14, 2012
Brooke Beverly  (TpT Seller)
At this point I do not, sorry! Thank you for the suggestion though. I most likely wouldn't get to that project until this summer. I want to give you a realistic answer. Some units have more practice workseets with them than others, and my school skips a some units and focuses more on others, so putting them all together would require creating new worksheets for the units we don't cover.

Hi Brooke,
I love the French Fry Book Report! Thank you.
Do you provide the pattern for he bag and fries? If not, could let me know
how to create that part?
Ann
October 16, 2011
Brooke Beverly  (TpT Seller)
Hi Ann- There isn't a template, but this is what I use to have my kids make the project. I buy white lunch bags (purchased at Michael's, Wal-Mart, or AC Moore) for the bag. Typically, I can get a bag of 25 for a few dollars. For the fries, I print lines onto yellow cardstock paper, and cut the yellow paper fries into strips. The lines help the kids write neatly. The kids can choose to add crinkle edges to the fries if they want to. Hope you enjoy this book project!

dmj8976 re: French Fry Book Project / Book Report
The project seems for interesting. What did you use for the french fry bag and french fries?
August 27, 2011
Brooke Beverly  (TpT Seller)
Make it easy for yourself! I use white sandwich bags from Michael's (or any craft store- I get a bag of 25 for around 5 dollars). I used yellow cardstock that I have sent through the copier with lined printed paper. I often double side the fries with lines. I cut the yellow cardstock into strips, and presto they are fries! I print the lines because it helps the kids space out what to write. Hope this explanation helps!

I am glad you like these review sheets. I will see what I can do to create a year's worth of Give Me Five Review that build off the other units in everyday math. Do you have an e-mail that I can contact you when I get around to it? They may be developed as the year goes on, but I would be happy to help you out.

missdem1 re: Give Me Five Math Review #2
How many worksheets are included?
January 18, 2011

There is one sheet in the Give Me Five Math Review #2. I do have all the Give Me Five Math Reviews bundled (8 total worksheets, 16 days worth of review- 2 per page). The bundle is \$4.00, which saves you \$2 from buying the items individually. I sold the pages separately for those who would prefer that option.

Is the millionaire game programmable? I really love the sample questions. How many different questions are there in a round to 1,000,000. Are there more then one set of math questions so kids can play on Fridays, or is this a one time game and then the questions are the same the next time we play?
August 29, 2010
Brooke Beverly  (TpT Seller)
Hi- there are 15 questions in the Who Wants to Be a Millionaire game (enough for 1 game). You would be able to purchase the game though, and delete the question and answers that are there, and create your own version for whatever math concepts you are studying.

I am unable to send you an email to reply to your question about the ruler worksheet. I am glad it served your purpose. The ruler is actually not a picture. It was made using a font system that I purchased. They were made by a teacher I believe in Texas. I have been using them for years. They save so much time. I hope to post some more sheets after school is out as time is of a premium right now.
May 3, 2010
Brooke Beverly  (TpT Seller)
Thanks for the FYI. Do you happen to know what the name of the font system? I have been trying to find simple ruler graphics for months now, and I would purchase them to save the amount of time I have been googling clipart!

If / when you post other ruler type activities, buzz me a message. I'll be sure to check them out (and likely buy some).
