I'm sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. Both the thumbnails and preview give you a very clear idea of what is included as you can see each activity. Your feedback doesn't tell me which materials are not practical and this does not give me any opportunity to improve if necessary. You can always send an email or ask a question as I am more than happy to work with buyers for a positive outcome.

I have just updated with months to include all of December and will continue to add updated months every 6 months so you can use this for as long as you wish. The day book has 2 sections - one small one at the top to write your dAte or important evet for that day and then a large section to write your lesson sequence. If you do purchase the item and would like 3 sections, I would be happy to change the day book page to suit you.

In regards to the credit card problem your best bet is to press the orange report bugs on the side of the page and contact TPT if you are concerned. As for personalising your planner, download the preview for the planner and the instructions (including my email) are in there.
