I had not thought to include a recording sheet, but have added one tonight and updated the packet.
I have not made one for language arts, but am working on it. Our school adopted CCSS for math this year and will do ELA next year, so I'm taking it as it comes to me (a little reactive, rather than pro-active, I'm afraid). You've inspired me to move ahead!

It currently goes to 20 points - that's pretty hard to earn at my school, because all the books are only a half point. I'd be happy to make it go as as high as you'd like. Also, it counts by ones, but if you have other goals, I can change it to 5's, 10's, etc.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I'm in my 13th year of teaching. People always ask, "What do you teach?" I always answer, "Children." I've taught children from kindergarten through fifth grade, and can honestly say that I've loved each one! Though we can try to teach subjects, lessons, or even objectives, what we all really do is love and teach children! I have also served as a mentor teacher, curriculum director, and summer school director.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I love to have fun with my students, keeping them engaged through hands-on activities, singing, technology, movement,and creative arts. I tell my kiddos I'm crazy, and that they can be, too. We have tons of fun and learning in my classroom!
