I have your classroom jobs pocket chart set. I love the various jobs you have listed on them. I was wondering if there was a way to have the 'paper passer' job changed to 'distributor'. I like to introduce my students to more vocabulary words through a multitude of things in my classroom and this is one of the ways we do this. Can this be done? Thanks!

Thanks for your purchase--I'm sorry you're having trouble. Here are the basics for downloading and editing. First, go to My Purchases and download the file. When it opens up, you'll need to extract the files. When you open up the powerpoint file, it should have a directions page on the second page. All you'll need to do is click on the text boxes, edit your text, and then print! Good luck, and let me know if you need anything else!

Sorry, just the full size. But, under the print options on most computers, you can select to print multiple pages on one sheet--if your printer gives you that option, you could easily print them as half sheets:)

I'm sooo sorry. Have you updated your printer driver lately? I had this same problem with a download once but it was because of an outdated driver. You might try that, restart and redownload to try again.

Thanks so much for your purchase! The font is called CK Handprint. If you google it, you should be able to find it for download pretty easily :). As far as the graphics go, I have a commercial use only license, so while I can create and sell items with the graphics, I am unable to distribute them for others' use. I'm afraid the only way for you to obtain them is to purchase them through the Thistlegirldesigns website. I would highly recommend purchasing them if you'll think you'll use them--I've had really good experiences working with her!

Powerpunching is basically counting on--but with hand motions. When solving addition, I teach the students to punch the bigger number with a closed fist (saying its name) and then count up the smaller number while showing that many fingers. The last number spoken aloud is the answer.
For example, 3 + 2...The child says "three" while punching the air with a closed fist in front of him/herself. Then, he or she counts on "four, five" and puts out a finger for each number counted. When they have two fingers up to show the second addend, they know the answer is the number they have said aloud.
For subtraction problems, they start at the smaller number and count up to the bigger number, showing fingers for each number counted. The number of fingers up when they say the bigger number they are counting to is the answer.
So, 5-3...They start at 3 with a fist, count up "four, five," and they will end up with two fingers up, which is the answer.

I haven't tried this, but I'm thinking they should fit. I tried to make the coin clipart about the same size as real life, so imagine there would be room. I'm just not sure if the paper would hold real coins or if they would be too heavy. Sorry I'm not much help--I think its just a try it and see kind of thing! :)

I'm honestly not sure what the metric measurements are as I do not have a cm ruler here at home. I used a standard brown paper lunch bag, which measured 5 1/8 x 3 1/8 x 10 1/8 inches. I used a converter online, so this may not be exact, but it looks like it is about 13 x 8 x 26 cm. Hope that helps!
