I love that idea!! The only thing I worry about is the validity of the assessment if you give problems in the same order multiple times.
What if I included the assessment in the exact format with different problems/ order of numbers for the number recognition? Would this be beneficial? If so how many times would you give the assessment- 4- one for each quarter?
I could defiantly make a sheet that records the students scores based on the assessment. I could also make a page that records each students scores and the benchmark assessed. Would this type of recording sheet interest you?

Our kindergarten teachers are going to use your math assessments next year. They purchased a site license. I'm on the first grade math committee, and we need similar tests. Do you have them for first grade, or know someone who has similar products? Our meeting is on Thursday, May 23!

I wish I had a packet for you! But I do not know the first grade Math Common Core Standards like I know the Kindergarten ones so I am not even sure I could make a first grade math packet for you. I feel like I could recite the K ones in my sleep and the last thing I would want to do is misinterpret the first grade ones for your team.
I did a little research in the search on TPT and found a first grade assessment pack that is similar to mine. Her product is 16.00 for all 4 quarters of assessments. Or you can purchase each quarter at a time for 4.00.
I would look at each of the document previews and determine if it is what you are looking for and if you chose to purchase purchase one set. Then if it is what you are looking for you can go back in and add the multiple licenses.
If this one does not meet your needs on the TPT home page you can search "first grade math assessments common core" and you may find something!

Standards included in this unit are:
Letter activities-
RFS.1- Demonstrate understanding of the organization and basic features of print.
CVC word- Phonics and Sight Word Recognition
RFS.3- Know and apply grade level phonics and word analysis skills in decoding.
Apple Writing-
W.3- Use a combination of drawing, dictating and writing to narrate a single event or several loosely linked
events, tell about the events in the order in which they occurred and provide a reaction to what happened.
SL.5- Add drawings or visual displays to descriptions as desired to provide additional details.
Math Activities-
K.CC.1. Count to 100 by ones and by tens.
K.CC.3. Write numbers from 0 to 20. Represent a number of objects with a written numeral 0-20 (with 0
representing a count of no objects).
K.CC.5. Count to answer “how many?” questions about as many as 20 things arranged in a line, a rectangular
array, or a circle, or as many as 10 things in a scattered configuration; given a number from 1–20, count out that many objects.
K.CC.7. Compare two numbers between 1 and 10 presented as written numerals.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been teaching Kindergarten for three years! I have received my Reading Endorsement and English Speakers of Other Languages Endorsement as well. In addition for the last year I have been working on Common Core implementation at my school.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I believe in student centered learning where the students are engaged in hands on activities. In my classroom I like to disguise learning as fun so we play lots of games! I believe that I am best able to meet the needs of my learners during center time. For most of the day I have my students work in differentiated centers either individually or in small groups. Students are then given the opportunity to work within their zone of proximal development while I can pull groups of students to work on specific skills.
