I love the variety and quantity of the Essential Questions provided. However, you failed to note on each page which specific Common Core Standard each specific question was addressing. Adding the standard at the bottom would have made my principal happier.

I printed these 4 to a page, laminated them, cut them out, and put them on a ring. I have been putting the number from the skill on assignments so that my daughter has a clearer understanding of the "point" of each assignment. She's quick to point out when she doesn't think an assignment achieved its goal which is helpful in many ways.

The ELA has the standard and substandard. The math and reading do not. I will make them all with the standard and substandard on them. I have not created the focus questions yet but will do so this weekend. Is there a particular clipart or font you want? I'm happy to customize this for you. Just let me know.

Hey there! I looked at the items you purchased and the difference is that ELA is for writing standards (writing, language, & speaking and listening). The Reading is for reading standards (reading foundational, reading informational, reading literary).
This is advice too late, but I would only print the EQ's as you need them. The point of giving you so many is so that you have options. Does this make sense?

At the beginning of each unit, the slide like #3 tells you which standards the questions cover. I did not put the standard on the questions because the questions can be used for more than one standard. I hope this makes sense.
