That would be great if you would just email me a copy! My school email is keffinger@cnusd.k12.ca.us - thank you so much! I am really excited to use it in my math class. It's weird that it did not load the equations...

Thanks again,
Kris

keffinger re: Kaboom!!! Two-Step Equations
I don't want to leave feedback until I clarify something with you. Should the equations be provided, because when I downloaded my purchase only the numbers that correlate with the answers were present, not the actual equations. I would have assumed the equations would be provided. Thanks for your response!

jclippert re: Kaboom!!! Dividing Whole Numbers
I downloaded on my iPad to check this out for tomorrows math, but I dont see any kaboom cards or special cards. The first sheet of cards is completely blank?

Carol S  (TpT Seller)
I just downloaded the game onto a PC to make sure the document was not corrupted and all cards are there. However, I do not have an iPad so I don't know anything about iPads or if there are any compatibility issues with documents. You may want to try to download it onto a computer. - Carol

Carol - Why don't you add a picture or a clip art image that represents you so we can get to know you? In that way, buyers, too, will connect you with your products. Too many sellers use the generic person icon.

Margaret Beth Fabricant re: Two-Step Equation Tic-Tac-Toe
You might want to change the name since it includes variables on both sides of the equation. My co-workers and I consider this multi-step. Thanks for your consideration and for posting your work.

I used this with small groups and with the class as a whole. The students enjoyed it.

JKRoberts re: Kaboom!!! One-step Equations
Hello

I just purchased Kaboom!!! from TPT (I love this website), but my pages with equations are blank! I only have directions, the answer sheet, and "cards" with the numbers that correspond with the answers - no equations. Can you re-send the equation cards to JKRoberts22@comcast.net Thanks Karen Roberts

Karen,
I'm sorry that the equations did not download correctly for you. I have emailed you the file. If you have any trouble with the file I have emailed you, please let me know. I hope you and your students enjoy this game. - Carol

spiderwebb re: Kaboom!!! Two-Step Equations
Hi Carol, I used the Kaboom 2 step equations and the classes and I had a blast. There are at least 2 corrections to your answer sheet that need to be made. #9 should be -65 and #26 should be 76. We weren't able to complete all the problems due to time, but love the concept of the game. Thank you for a great review tool.

Carol S  (TpT Seller)
Sorry I did not get back with you sooner; I have been out of town. I checked and I believe you were correct in your first note and the answer to #9 should be -63. I also checked #26 and I believe the correct answer is -9. I have updated the answer key. Sorry for the mistakes and thanks for letting me know.

Just wanted to let you know we had a blast playing. There are two corrections to your answer sheet that need to be made. Problem # 9 the answer should be -63 and problem #26 the answer should be 76. Just wanted you to be aware and update you information. Thank you again! I'm looking forward to playing another Kaboom game with the kids this week.

COOL Algebra  (TpT Seller) re: Scientific Notation Memory
Hello! The last page is missing a negative sign on one of the exponents. The card that matches with .0032. Just a heads up! The game is fun and very effective!
August 28, 2011
Carol S  (TpT Seller)
Thanks for the heads up. I have downloaded the game and the negative sign is showing up for me. You are talking about 3.2 x 10 negative third, right? This is a Word 97-2003 document; I don't know if a newer version of Word could change the formatting and cause the negative sign to disappear for you. Please try to download again and see if it shows up for you.

Andrea- My mistake on stating that there is a separate answer key; the answer key is actually a copy of the cards. I have the cards next to each other for printing so that it is easy for you to see the matches; I found it was easier to check them using the original card sheets than a separate answer sheet.

mgallag976 re: Math Mix Up: Order of Operations
Are these cards geared more towards 7th and 8th. I teach 6 th special Ed. Your materials look great
March 6, 2011
Carol S  (TpT Seller)
These cards range from basic order of operations to difficult. I have used them with my regular sixth grade classes up to basic 8th grade classes. They are probably going to be challenging for a 6th grade special education class. Depending on the level of your students they could probably complete some of the basic problems but you would have to pull out the more difficult problems so the students do not become overwhelmed. If you have any other questions, please let me know.

tvandell re: Winter Wonderland Math Project (Scale Drawings/Proportions)
Hello! I bought your activity and am very excited to do it next week. I am confused on how to work with arcs and circles. Did you have them measure the radius? Please give me any available advice.

Thanks and have a great day!

Carol S  (TpT Seller)
Yes, I had the students measure the radius and use that for the circles. I had a large chalkboard compass that they used to make the larger circles. One group actually used a pencil and string to make the large circles. I tried not to use too many circles in my pictures and gave my top students the pictures with the circles. I figured they could handle the work better. I also had students use a lot of measurements to make sure their drawings were accurate. The more measurements the groups took, the better the end result was. I hope this helps. Good Luck! My students loved this project and said they really learned a lot of math working on this project.
