Thank you! This past year I tried something different with my take home bags. Each child would take a bag home on Wed. and return it to school the following Monday giving them enough time to do the activities in it. On Monday we shared our favorite activity in the bag as well as our journal writing, if the bag had one. The journals became class books at the end of the year. The kids & parents love the bags & look forward to getting a new one each week.

I just purchased your name ticket printing practice. I would like my students to begin practicing their names on a more consistent basis. Thank you. I was wondering why you call it a "ticket"? Do they need to complete this to get something?

The idea of the name ticket is not mine, but something I found online (http://www.nellieedge.com/articles_resources/susiehaasStrategy.htm) The author, Susie Haas suggests just working on the name, but I found having the numbers helped my students tremendously. Just as she suggestion on her webpage, after my students complete their name ticket, they are allowed to work on a choice activity in the classroom.

Hi I downloaded the Big Green Monster activities, I am curious about two things. 1. the puzzles do you just cut apart the last three pages and send home? and 2. the roll a monster activity, what do you do on the die. I have a die pattern that we were going to write adjective on to send home but that part wasn't really clear in your description.

Yes, for the puzzles, I just cut them apart & put them in different baggies. And for the Roll a monster, you were right, just put some adjectives on the dice. I only had one die originally, and changed it to 3 dice with lots more adjectives.

I am trying to print my download of Money Bags I have an error that comes up saying that all the pics will not come up. I was able to print everything but the bingo boards. From page 9-15. I think it something to do with by adobe. If you have a suggestion that would be great. Thank you !!!
