Moving back to Las Vegas this summer. I am going to be teaching special education self contained elementary after many years in high school. I will be teaching students who have cognitive disabilities or intellectually disabled. They are operating at a PK K level. Where to begin. I have been collecting tons of materials but not really sure of standards and other changes I have to make for these students. My students may have been at a high school age but working at a very low level of ability in Michigan. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't know how to reply :) Yes, the same thing that you have but with the number. 10 different monsters would be great or maybe change the color of the border every 10. $3 sounds great to me. I'm thinking for size, I don't know how to format PDFs is there a way to make them so 3 will fit lengthwise on the page but they will still be square? Does that make sense? Kdaleth re: 1, 2, 3 O'Clock, 4 O'Clock Rock! Telling Time to the Hour and Half Hour
I purchased your 1,2,3 O'clock telling time packet but the matching times are missing for 7 clocks. 5:00, 6:00, 8:00, 10:00, 9:00, 7:00 and 10:30. I see that you included some blank cards but it's difficult for me to fix it. Do you have a correct copy of the game?

It's Rosymomma again. I never received the file that you said you would send to me of the Cootie Catchers. I even went back and looked through all the spam and trash folders, but no joy :-) Hoping that it somehow got lost in the holidays. Please try again. TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have taught for 20 years at two different schools. I have taught first, second and third grades. Now I am off on a new adventure. Our school is creating accelerated classrooms in each grade level and I will be teaching the second grade one!
MY TEACHING STYLE
I love getting children excited about learning and will pretty much do whatever it takes to "hook" a child. Since I teach first grade, I think it's essential to lay the foundation for a lifetime of learning.
