I have worked in the education field for over 15 years. I have been a certified teacher for 3 years. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE teaching third grade which is weird because I remember being gung-ho for Kindergarten at the end of my internships. However, I have found that I love the third graders ability for more abstract thought and literature discussions!

My teaching style is a bit eclectic. I approach students in a developmental way, with the thinking what is their thought process? I include positive reinforcement, loving guidance and some old fashioned "Mom".
