Great activity to reinforce Newton's laws of motion. My 7th graders were very jealous that 8th grade got to do this assignment. The first 4 minutes and 48 seconds of the movie and a few other parts are perfect for this.

My students absolutely loved this! I found 2 clips on you tube and they went perfect with this. Newton's Laws were much easier to visualize using this as a lesson. Thank you!

I have about three days to introduce Genetics before my students begin state testing in science. I'm thinking of having this project as a "final" test grade after we finish testing. We're only going to be able to just cover the basics of genetics. Do you think that will be enough time for the kids to understand this project? It looks really neat, but I'd hate to pay $6 for a project I may not be able to use..
