TEACHING EXPERIENCE
After a stint teaching math and science to seventh graders in a socioeconomically disadvantaged area, I taught fifth grade for several years. I have also tutored grades 4-12, nearly all subjects!
MY TEACHING STYLE
My goal is to give students the means to be independent, successful learners who can approach any challenge - in school or life - with confidence. As such, I emphasize study skills, time management, and organization with all of my students. I recognize that they all have different learning styles, but with the right tools, they can all succeed!

Magna Cum Laude for B.S. degree
MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY
I earned a B.S. in Economics. After working in the accounting field, I decided I wanted to answer my true calling and become a teacher. I completed my coursework to become a credentialed multiple-subject K-8 teacher.

I love hiking, eating new foods, and spending time with my hunky husband!
