Hi! I am sorry you had trouble downloading the reader. Sometimes, there can be an issue with your version of Adobe Acrobat. That sometimes happens on a mac.
Here are the directions from TPT:
You just need to update your Adobe Reader:
http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
If you are on a Mac, do not open with Preview. It will not work. Download the most updated version of Adobe Reader and open the PDF with it (and not Preview). To 'open with' adobe reader on a mac, highlight the product pdf icon with one click, go to 'file' at the top of the screen, choose 'open with' then select 'adobe' and you'll be all set.
If it still remains blank, please let me know and I will try to email it to you! Thanks for letting me know!
