good stuff, i used this as an alternative lesson for absentee students, it was so well done, it needed little explanation for them to complete. thank you for sharing.
This was a good source, but I tweeked my a little bit. One page was copied instead of typed, so it was kind of off for me so I retyped that page to match the others. Also, I added more space for the students to write. It is a very good source for younger grades, especially middle school and ninth grade.
I plan to use these activities in my sixth grade economics class. I am already familiar with Lawn Boy and thought it would be terrific to use with economics.

Ms Caras Crew (TpT Seller) re: Civil Rights Reading Selection and Questions
Do you have any idea if this would be grade appropriate for 4th graders? I can't see the questions on the brochure well enough to know if my kids could approach this text. Thanks so much! ~ Cara

barbbutler re: Holocaust Reader - WWII
What reading level is the story? I have 5th graders who need some background info on the holocaust and this sounds like a good way for them to get it....but not if the reading is too difficult.
