As I was reading your directions, I noticed on the second page, second paragraph, you have a typo in the sentence. The sentence reads: Below in the green and orange tubs are addition and subtraction pages that I already head from another book. I think you meant "had" instead of "head".

As for the Rocket one, I didn't have that issue so I am not sure why you are seeing the error message on that one. Try to re-download that one as well and see if it improves.

Kindergarten by Design (TpT Seller)
Hi! I am a Kindergarten teacher here in Texas. I have a question for you. Does your school use CSCOPE for curriculum? If so, how long? Our district just rolled it out for us to begin using it. I love it, but many of my colleagues are overwhelmed and do not like it at all. Did anyone on your faculty have the same problems? Can you tell me how your school overcame the issues? Of course these questions are assuming you do use it. I really appreciate any help you can give me.

Yes, they do go to the vocab word wall twice in a row otherwise they wouldn't get to it twice.

I am not sure why you are having difficulties (I have not had any problems like that) but here what you can do to fix it.
Go to the "My Downloads and Purchases" page. On the right side of the screen you will see a gray box with "Need Help?" Click on "download difficulties". That should give you several options to help solce the problem. Hope that helps. Let me know if it doesn't and I'll see what else I can do.

Hi, I don't usually complain about things I have purchased on TPT (I have purchased a lot) but you advertised the vocabulary word wall centre as "All Inclusive" but is does not include everything such as sheets for the kids to record their work on, or the four squares activities or the "dictionary activity page" which are mentioned on the "I can" card. For 15$, I was very disappointed. You also added that more sheets could be found in another pack that I could buy seperately. This kit is definitely not "all inclusive" :-( I did not give you a poor rating in hopes you could help solve this or give me a refund. Thank you.

It is discouraging to see your samples put on sideways and impossible to look at closely. I am trying to figure out how this would work for kindergartners but I can't tell by your samples. Do you mean CVC words? How much of the directions would need to be read to a kindergartner? I gauge my purchasing by knowing how effective it would be --I teach ELL kindergartners. I wish I had control over the sideways samples, but I don't. When a document is created in landscape, it turns sideways. You can take a look at my other phonic fun spiral kits to see more samples, they all include a lot of the same activies, just different skills. The short vowels kit does include CVC words but also some with blends such as crab. Thanks!

Ou might want to look at the number sense packet again and clarify ---you do say math facts when the kids are really learning numbers. It might help other teachers! But I love your work! Thanks so much for clarifying for now I want all three packets of number sense, addition and subtraction.

I would love to know how applicable this is for kindergarten. I teach kindergartners who are learning (ELL) and am wondering just how long your poems are and how my kinders would get out of this product. I love the idea and all the work you have done to create it!

I taught Kinder as well. I used these poems as a whole group/shared reading experience. Towards the end of the week, most could read/sing the poems because most of them are put to a familar tune. I also put it in a center along with a copy of the poem and they matched the words on a pocket chart. Hope that helps! Thanks for your question.

Is the second page of your sample images really showing learning numbers instead of facts? It says 1-10 red, does that mean learning numbers 1-10? You say it is math facts but I am wondering if it really is learning numbers at this point. Thanks! I like your products very much but am trying to clear of this product versus your math fact products.

Yes, the number sense packet is about sequencing the numbers. They are broken down into sections so that the kids can learn the numbers in order then they are assessed on those numbers before moving on to the next set.

My first island (ok, classroom) was Kindergarten, which I taught for 3 years and then...I graduated to 1st grade and have been there ever since. LOVE It!!!
