Colleen,
I am beginning to work on a project. I want to put together a resource of activities that can be used to help AAC users effectively learn to use core vocabulary on their communication devices. I have downloaded your Preposition farm and would like to include it in my packet of materials. You would receive credit for the idea and a referral to your TPT account for other ideas. Would this be okay with you?

trouble1 re: 1st Grade Common Core Math Standards Vocabulary Cards
The 1st Grade Common Core Mathematics Vocabulary has some errors and I wondered if I could get the complete correct words and definitions? I like the overall look of the vocabulary and definitions, but there were a couple of errors I found after I printed them. The vocabulary word "fourths" is missing as is its definition. I do not see a correct definition for "closed figure". The following definitions for the following vocabulary words do not match: "number", and "one-half." The vocabulary word "subtract" is on the list twice. Thank you!

Thanks for asking! It is OpenOffice Draw. It is a free download and it is a lot like Microsoft Publisher. I find it extremely easy to work with.

Scipi  (TpT Seller) re: Easter Contractions Freebie
I saw your posting on the Forum page of Teachers Pay Teachers; and since I am from Kansas as well, I thought I would look at your freebie. I left you a rating.

I have a few suggestions that might help you to better market this product. Create a separate cover page for each of your products which can then be used as an attractive thumbnail to entice buyers. Make the second page your directions or suggestions page for the teacher. List several ways you use this product in your classroom. Never assume that a buyer knows how, why, or when to use your product. Use the footer to put the copyright symbol, your name and date of creation on EVERY page. Items, especially free ones, have been "stolen" from TPT and posted on other sites to be sold. You have to protect all of your creations. Also number your pages.

I know you are a primary teacher, but I love getting feedback from all levels. If you have the time, I’d appreciate your input on one of my freebies listed below.

I am now your 9th follower, and hope you will reciprocate at my store as well. http://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/SciPi/Products

Wishing you luck as you sell on TPT.

bozeman re: Geometric Shapes Mini-Unit Including an Assessment
Thank you for your quick response. I am still very interested, but could you include a poster for a triangle? That shape is covered in 2nd grade Common Core, and you didn't list it as as a shape poster. Thanks again!

Working on it right now. Thanks for asking for the triangle! I had it within the vocabulary but some how it didn't make it on my posters. It will now! Thanks for asking for it!

bozeman re: Geometric Shapes Mini-Unit Including an Assessment
How many shape posters and which shapes are included? Can you describe the I Have, Who Has game? I know how to play; I want to know what is on the cards because sometimes the skills are too difficult. I apologize for being so picky, but I have purchased several units based on the preview only to find that I can use only a few pages.

Thanks for your questions. I know what you mean. There are 11 shape posters including: circle, cone, cube, cylinder, hexagon, pentagon, quadrilateral, rectangle, rectangular prism, sphere, and square (all of which are part of the new core standards). The I Have Who Has has both pictures, picture examples of shapes, and definitions of vocabulary related to geometry including vertices, faces, and shape names . For instance, I have a (picture of a square) who has a shape with 3 vertices?

I have a pictural example of a rectangular prism, who has an example of a sphere?

I have the defintion of the sides of a shape. Who has the definition of an edge?

I hope that helps. Thanks for asking!
