Obviously, you weren't able to send a PDF or Word formatted document...so please send me a refund. I needed the document last week...which is why TpT is usually so good...automatic downloads. Thank you.

I just downloaded your "Olympic Hopes and Dreams - Math, Literacy and Writing" package, and (even though I downloaded it through Adobe...I even had TpT send me an email that I could download) much of it is illegible. The words 'Gold', 'Silver', and 'Bronze' came through as well as the word on the math pages...but none of the words on the other pages. How can this be resolved?
