Thanks for your purchases. For the Connect Four board, I just have the kids drag their chip down to the board and see if they can get four in a row - it's just a fun way to do attendance. For the sports theme - they just take the ball and drag it to the goalie. If it's done correctly, the ball should go behind the goal. I hope that makes sense! When I click on the chip it brings only the chip and not the name. It does not allow me the option to group them back together....

No problem! Did you try clicking outside of the chip and the name and dragging? It should highlight the two and the dropdown arrow should appear. Then you can choose group. If that doesn't work, let me know. I would be happy to change your names for you if it's still a problem.

Hi, To change the names, just do the following:
1. Click on a lobster and choose ungroup from the drop down menu.
2. Double click the student name and change it to your student.
3. Highlight the student name and the lobster.
4. Click the drop down menu again and choose group.

You have a couple options. I always put the frog in front. That way all the flies go to the back of him and you don't see them. To do that, just click the drop down arrow after you clicked the frog and choose order, bring to front. I hope that makes sense. If not, feel free to email me at cknapp3@nscsd.org

Sorry about that - I'm in the process of adding directions to all of my smartboard attendance files - some already have them. To change the names, do the following:
1. Click on the fly.
2. Use the dropdown arrow and choose ungroup.
3. Double click the name of the student and switch it to your student.
4. Highlight the student name and the fly and choose group from the dropdown.

Hi!
I purchased the bubbles for attendance. I changed the names by right clicking the bubble, choosing ungroup, double clicking the name and changing it. When I went to highlight the bubble and name to group them back together, the option to group was not active. The only way I could group them again was to group the whole page. After doing that, the bubbles do not pop. What did I do incorrectly? Thanks!!
