I bought your Oreo opinion writing and cannot open it. It will not open on my school computer although I've opened zipped files before. I went home and tried to open it and had the same problem so I used the link to install the software needed and my computer acted like it was going to crash and so I shut it down right away. I still would like to use it. Could you e-mail the pieces individually so it is not zipped? If so please send it to amanda_pobieglo@whitfieldk12.ga.us. Thank you

Hello! I purchased the Organizational Structures Lesson plans for Nonfiction Text tonight, and when I download it it only says "Download Preview". When I did download it, it comes up in Adobe with all of the pages on 1 page and if I try to enlarge it it gets very blurry. Is there anyway that I could get a download of the original or not a preview copy?
