I made them for my notebooks. The data notebook contains ALL my test data. It's the biggest notebook you've ever seen. Benchmark scores, copies of progress reports, DIBELS scores, etc. The behavior notebook has my weekly behavior logs and individual student behavior notes. Does that help?

2nd Grade: CCSS.ELA-Literacy.L.2.2a Capitalize holidays, product names, and geographic names.
3rd Grade; CCSS.ELA-Literacy.L.3.2 Demonstrate command of the conventions of standard English capitalization, punctuation, and spelling when writing.

4th Grade: CCSS.ELA-Literacy.L.4.2 Demonstrate command of the conventions of standard English capitalization, punctuation, and spelling when writing.

There are no slides that have I Can Statements, but that is a good idea. I will add some. There are no written assessments but there are 10 sentences included that need editing.
