Great activity! I made some minor adjustments but this worked really well in my 11th grade Econ class. I had them do all of the advertisements. Also, they didnt need as much time for the first few activities so next time I plan to put those all in day 1..

Truthfully, it would be perfect. The questions are comprehension questions, but the discussion question would be great for 4th grade. The activities involve a lot of drawing and using facts from the story to build their drawings. These kiddos have great imaginations and honest opinion. It would work really well for them.

No, you do not need to purchase a license for each student. The licenses are such that if you want to share an item that you purchased with another teacher, then TpT is asking that an additional license be purchased.

The site is new. It has been operational for a few months and changes are being made to it each day. I am not sure what type of sample feature you would like. It works similarly to this site. It is free to upload lessons, and you make money when they sell. I cannot provide for you a sample of lessons because the authors hold the rights to them. Please let me know what other way I can help you because we would appreciate you to take advantage of this opportunity to share and profit off of your lessons.

On This site, I upload a sample of the work for people to see. They then determine based on the sample, whether they would like to buy the entire lesson. I actually upload two separate files: one is the sample, the other is the full product. I understand the whole rights thing, but it is true even here. You just need to have the seller provide the sample.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I began teaching in February of 2004. I have been a H.S. Intervention Specialist (2 years), 7th Grade Writing Teacher, and I currently teach 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Social Studies as well as 8th grade Language Arts.
MY TEACHING STYLE
I try to balance fun with learning. I use a lot of hands-on activities in my lessons. I also incorporate Project Based Learning in my instruction.

Recently spoke at the National Middle School Conference and the Ohio Middle Level Association Conference in 2011 on the topic of Technology in the Classroom.
