If you go to your purchases page, you will see the word "blurry" flashing. There is a link there to download the newest version of Adobe for free. If this doesn't work go to your "My Purchases" and on the top right hand corner it says "Need Help?" "Download Difficulties" and it also says "If you are having a downloading issue. please do not leave poor feedback. It's not the seller's fault. We will solve it!" Contact them and they will take care of you from there and possibly email you the file.

I am so sorry but ActivInspire Flipcharts can't be imported into powerpoint or saved as a PDF. I tried to do it and could not get it to save in either format. It does state in the product description that it is an ActivInspire Flipchart and that the proper software is necessary to open it. I had to take screenshots of the product and the quality of the pages are compromised by placing it into PDF format. If you accept the compromised version in PDF format there can't be a refund. You should be receiving an email with the product sometime today.

Hi Tammy, I didn't purchase any software to start and just started with using powerpoint on my iMac. I watched a lot of tutorials to learn a few tricks and shortcuts. I just started myself at the end of January of this year and I have enjoyed every minute in being a part of TpT. Jump in and get started and get in with a group of teachers that are also blogging. I think the secret ingredient is having a blog to compliment your store. Good Luck and I am now following your TpT store.

Last question, I promise :) I purchased the calendar numbers and months. It says on the page that snake print is added, but when I downloaded it the snake stuff wasn't there. I went back and checked all of the updates I made and you are right the snake print was not there. That was during a time when TpT was having some glitches on their website after a huge upgrade to their system. You should have already received an email that the product has been updated again and you can download it again for free. I am very sorry for the inconvenience!

You get all of the prints but if you are wanting to just print one specific type you can select which print/pages you want and just have the printer print out the page you select on your printer. I hope this answers your question and please let me know if it doesn't.

I would like to keep my labels consistent in the room, and was hoping you might have something like that. Also, I am currently using the 4 patterns you include and also use snake skin to differentiate my 5 pods, do you have anyway of creating nameplates or the book book bin labels in snake skin? Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Katie, You are very welcome for the collection of graphic resources. It was something I had to pretty much figure out on my own. If you are using My Cute Graphics just click on the background of the one you like and under the pic it will say "preview this background". Click on it and it makes it larger on your screen. I own a mac so I just take a screen shot and save it to my desktop to use on the cover page. If you are using PowerPoint I go to "insert" then "picture" and look for the graphic on my desktop and click on "insert". It will then ask you whether or not to apply or apply to all. When I get home this afternoon I will send you some websites that have video tutorials that will help you out a lot. I went to the TpT forums and presented questions and got some greaet help in there as well. Talk to you soon! Deb

You are absolutely correct, there was an error and the new updated answer sheets were corrected and placed back out for a free download if it was purchased. I am allowed to put the product back out as updated but I have no way of communicating directly with the purchaser. I am so sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for being so gracious.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been a teacher in both special and regular education since I graduated from Berry College in the spring of 1976. I am currently in first grade and teaching in a Title I Distinguished School and a School of Excellence in Alpharetta, Georgia and I truly love it! I have been in the classroom since I graduated and have also been an interpreter for the Hearing Impaired for both the general public and for those who want to learn sign language on a personal level. What has my experience with TpT done for me personally and professionally? That is easy to answer because the changes were immediately noticeable. I have become a better teacher because creating materials for TpT has increased the depth in which I think about what and how I want to teach concepts to my students. I am always seeking new ways to create new ideas and new assessments for my students. On a more personal level the funds I make from TpT go to help my son, a veteran, who came home a wounded soldier. He requires therapy and my TpT funds go towards assisting him to put his life back together again after serving for over eight years as a Marine and in Iraq.
MY TEACHING STYLE
Definitely a "hands-on" approach with curriculum integration and differentiation as a focus because all children learn differently.
HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT
Nominated twice for Teacher of the Year in both my regular education and special education experiences. Recognized by my county for starting a summer program for special needs preschoolers called S.P.L.A.S.H. where they continued their education during the summer to help prevent academic regression.
MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY
I acquired my Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from a small private college in north Georgia. My Master's is in "Technology in Education" from Lesley University and my Specialist's Degree is in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont College. My certificate also has a Special Needs PreK and Reading endorsement and I was involved for 7 years with special needs prek with medically fragile students. While in special needs prek I taught the hearing impaired and am certified in American Sign Language and do interpreting as needed for the general population and have taught classes for those who want to communicate with the hearing impaired.
ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION
I am a mother of four grown sons and have two grandchildren who I think are the best children in the whole world. I have three dogs and one crazy cat; Daisy, Penelope, Sadie and Snickers. Being a part of TpT and creating wonderful teacher materials for my classroom is now a passion for myself but more importantly for other teachers who I hope will come to enjoy them as much as I do. I design each one of my teacher units with the classroom teacher in mind so that all you have to do is cut, laminate and it is finished. I line up the pages so that numerous pages can be cut out at once and save you time!
