I have been teaching Kindergarten for the 11 years. It seems like longer (like I need to retire!) as I was a paraprofessional for 6 years prior to teaching.

I love to use the Smartboard, centers, and small groups when teaching. I HATE to stand in front of the classroom "lecturing" but we all know it has to be done sometimes.

I have recieved recognition for creating and using technology in my classroom. I have complete "ELITE" which is designed to teach use how to incorporate technology with the Standards. I have also helped write a school grant in which we received funding to by Smartboards and such for our school. In addition, I have recently taken a class in Claymation and hope to learn more about it this year.
