This was a simple assignment to help jump start my kids' on the process of trying to create their own vision statement. It also was very clear in terms of purpose by defining what makes the vision statement different than the mission statement.
This worksheet is part of a cool simulation where students create companies and have their own classroom, stock market. I haven't used it, but it seems well done.

This was a great online lesson / tutorial. One very useful feature are the online quizzes which provide immediate feedback to students. My kids could go at their own pace which was great.
As a side note, the tutorial is part of a very interesting simulation. It's worth checking out. I've never seen anything like it.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
I have been in education for 12 years, the last 6 of which as a (primarily high school) principal. Prior to this, I taught secondary social studies but also taught a few years of technology, PE, ESOL, and social studies at grade levels ranging from K-12.
