I purchases this product to use monthly for my students take home binders. After purchase, I realized that the year was not on the calendars and was unable to add it myself. I wrote to the seller to see if she could adjust the calendars but so far, I have not heard from her.

The revised file is Microsoft Publisher in a Zip file, so you should have an easier time editing and saving.

The revised file is Microsoft Publisher in a Zip file due to issues regarding saving calendars. I tried other work arounds with no success. But, I was able to successfully use the free Nitro Reader to save a PDF copy of the calendars with edited text fields intact.

The calendars are ok, but the editing ability is limited. The calendars are not able to be saved once they have been edited with text. Which can pose a problem for teachers that work at home and want to print them off at home, or save the finished calendar for future uses.

I have Adobe Acrobat Professional 7 and the ability to create user rights for interactive form fields does not exist in that version. I am looking into other PDF converter programs. Thank you for the rating and feedback!

Thank you! I checked the Microsoft Publisher file and everything looks fine. I also checked the PDF file using Adobe Reader 10 and Nitro Reader. The months appeared fine in both Readers.

I am trying to use the Oct. calendar. It let me open Sept., but now I can't get October to do anything except show me the calendar. Suggestions. I have word at school and a mac at home. Can't remember where I worked on it last, but am at work now.

The Zip file contained a Microsoft Publisher file and a PDF file. I recommend the free Nitro Reader. Nitro Reader will enable you to save any edits you make to the PDF file. If you use Adobe Reader, it will only save a blank copy. I have Adobe Acrobat Professional 7 and the ability to allow Adobe Reader to save edited text fields does not exist in that version.

I don't want to hurt your feelings, but the "editable" calendars are not able to be saved. This probably should be included in your listing, because it makes a difference in how the product can be used. Without being able to save it after it's edited, the only thing you can do is type on it and immediately print. There isn't the option to save it filled in for future reference, or editing later. I haven't left feedback yet.

TEACHING EXPERIENCE
Previously I worked in Head Start (3-5 yr olds), Public School (Learning Disabilities - 1st thru 3rd Grade), and Child Care Centers (Kindergarten and 3 yr olds). Currently I am teaching 3-4 year olds at a Private School that serves families with children ages 6 wks - 12 yrs of age.

I tend to act as a facilitator and use hands-on materials.
