This product downloads and opens fine. I recommend passing along this message OR feel free to have your buyer contact us directly:

Let's be sure that you are opening these with the latest adobe reader which can be downloaded from here:

http://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/

Once this application is downloaded to your computer:

1) Open the PDF file with Adobe Reader

2) Click 'print'

3) Click on 'advanced'

4) Check the 'print as image' box, and this should cover all potential issues.

I am sorry you are having trouble! I had a friend to download the file and try and print it, and it worked for her. I was able to do the same. I am not sure what the tech. issue with the printer might be. I will be glad to email you the file if you send me your email address. Again, Jan I am sorry for the problem you are having.
