I sstrongly believe in modeling as a teaching stategy where I do one (or more), students help me do one (or more), students do one (or more) with my guidance, and students do one (or more) alone. This can be done individually, in small groups, or in large groups depending on the subject and the particular lesson or skill being taught. I also strongly believe in students helping each other, working together in groups or pairs.

Achieved Tennessee Career Ladder II status as a math teacher and passed re-evaluation as a librarian.
