Regarding The Mini Maestro - I understand you had a problem and would like to get to the bottom of it. The software is used by hundreds of people each day, many of who achieve 100% (ie. there usually isn't a problem). It is possible, as with any software, that a certain sequence of events produced an issue that is otherwise exceedingly difficult to find. Your report is a little vague, so I would really appreciate it if you could be more specific as to the problem so that we can locate it. Which section did you get stuck in?
The situation is unfortunate as we have now lost our 100% rating both for the product and as a publisher. Software is the most difficult thing to publish and bugs are inevitable. I would appreciate sorting this out as soon as possible.
