TEACHING EXPERIENCE

I have taught school for over thirty years. One of the things I love about teaching is that it is always different! I have taught most grades from preschool through eight grade. Most of my experience is in the primary grades. I presently teach second grade.

MY TEACHING STYLE

I have done much studying of recent brain research, and look for ways to include proven methods into my teaching. My activities are typically social and fun, as this promotes learning! I bring experience as well as a passion for learning into my products and my classroom.

HONORS/AWARDS/SHINING TEACHER MOMENT

My students have given me many awards! :)

MY OWN EDUCATIONAL HISTORY

I have a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a focus on reading from Plymouth University in Plymouth, NH . I have a Master of Education degree in Creative Arts in Learning from Lesley University in Cambridge, Mass.

ADDITIONAL BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION

Besides over 30 years of teaching, I also have extensive training and in musical theatre, dance and voice.
