Hi, I enjoyed your product. I was able to confidently give it a perfect rating. Thanks for sharing!

I just listed a new type of Sight Word PowerPoint for Kindergarten and First Grade. It is listed under First 50 Sight Words PowerPoint. It includes the words in isolation and within the context of sentences with picture support. I wondered if you might consider taking a look at the free 4 slide preview to see if it might be something you could use. Thanks! Anne Gardner

I just downloaded your daily literacy journal packet and I love it and can't wait to try the journal with my students this year. I just have one question most of the prompts are explained but how should I go about the beginning sounds section what are the directions for this section? I am probably overlooking this or thinking too hard but I just want to make sure I am doing this correctly!

Hi Kelly,
I'll be teaching 1st grade math next year and might like to try your daily math journals. I see you have one for Kdg & 1st, and a separate offering for 1st grade only. Are they very similar? I like the look of the Kdg/1st grade set better than the look of the 1st grade one.
Thanks,
Terry (aka BZTeacher)

I would say that the Kind/1st combined would be more Kindergarten or LOW 1st. The stand-alone First Grade is truly just First Grade.

Hi,

The only thing I can recommend is that you search out your item name in Google before you post it. Make sure that it is something that doesn't already have a ton of sites in that search.

Hi! I like this idea but I am unsure of one thing: When you glue in the prompt, will they create the remainder of the page? For example, for "Andy's ant ate an apple", will the students draw a picture of that or do you have one already prepared? Do they then periodically reread each page? More questions: Do you send these home for practice? Do the children enjoy doing it? Do they ever write in their literacy journal? I hope this is not too much. I think I might be interested in buying your book. Thanks for the help!
