My Teaching Experience

I teach in a rural county in Virginia. I have taught first grade for 9 of my 10 teaching years. I also have a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education.

My Teaching Style

I am very eclectic in my teaching practices. I am open to trying new things to excite and interest the children. To keep in line with the standards we are rwquired to teach, I do use textbooks quite a bit.
