I don't have a single unit that covers both sentence fluency and style. However, the document titled "Style - Mr. Hot and Spicy" works as a resource or supplement to the one on sentence fluency. I also posted a reflection on sentence fluency on my blog "The Write Kitchen" (www.writecook.com). I hope that helps!
